OSM 111 is a liquid universal inhibitor. It is intended for corrective treatment of water in hot water boilers and heating systems where the feed is softened deaerated or non-aerated water.

  • OSM 111 is a universal corrosion and scale inhibitor based on phosphates, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors and alkali.
  • Due to the action of highly effective dispersants, OSM 111 stabilizes the sludge, prevents it from accumulating and sticking in places of insufficient circulation. In the process of boiler operation, it gradually loosens and washes away the existing scale.

It is intended for corrective water treatment of hot water boilers and heating systems where the feed is softened deaerated or non-aerated water. It is used to control corrosion and mineral deposits. Maximum boiler water temperature is 200 °C.

OSM 111 is a universal corrosion and scale inhibitor based on phosphates, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors and alkali. The active components of the product are aimed at passivating the metal surface along the entire length of the system and creating a strong protective film.

Due to the action of highly effective dispersants, OSM 111 stabilizes the sludge, preventing it from accumulating and sticking in places of insufficient circulation. In the process of boiler operation, it gradually loosens and washes away the existing scale.

Neutralizes carbon dioxide and maintains the pH at an optimal level. Binds residual oxygen and helps to create and maintain a uniform magnetic film on the heat exchange surface and collector surface.

Dosing recommendations

The dosage of the inhibitor depends on the quality of the auxiliary water, the required pH level, and the system performance and is 100 – 300 g/m3. OSM 111 is a ready-to-use product, dosed in concentrated form using a dosing pump. The recommended place of reagent injection is into the recycled water of the system. At the initial stage of dosing, it is necessary to introduce a dose to saturate the system with the product (150 – 200 g/m3).

Dosage control is ensured by maintaining the required pH value (9.0 – 9.5) and phosphate at the level of 0.3-1.0 mg/L RO4 in the network water. Other parameters are monitored in accordance with the requirements of the operating mode card.
