A reagent dosing pump is a piece of equipment designed to accurately dose chemicals into water or other liquids.
There are different types of reagent dosing pumps: electromagnetic (solenoid), plunger, diaphragm, and peristaltic.
Diaphragm dosing pumps are volumetric pumps with an electromagnetic (solenoid) drive. They are used where extremely high requirements are imposed on the chemical resistance of the material and can be of motor or solenoid type. Motorized diaphragm pumps are larger in size and have a higher capacity of up to 1024 l/h.
