SD 111 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor and residual oxygen binder. It is used as a corrective treatment of steam boilers to protect all its surfaces and the steam and condensate path from oxygen corrosion, passivates heat transfer surfaces.
The product is certified and is intended for use in the food processing industry: oil and fat, meat processing, dairy, fish, bakery, beverage, alcohol and alcoholic beverage industries; equipment in the pulp and paper, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries, fuel and energy complex, mechanical engineering, and food processing enterprises.




SD 111 is a polyamine-based organic anodic corrosion inhibitor. The active ingredients of the product quickly and completely bind residual oxygen from the feed path throughout the steam system.
SD 111 creates conditions for the formation and further maintenance of a passivation film on steel and copper surfaces. The active component of the product reacts with loose rust (Fe₃O₃) and promotes the formation of black dense magnetite (Fe₃O₄).

The dosage of the inhibitor depends on the quality of the water used, the operating characteristics of the steam boiler, and the amount of residual oxygen. SD 111 is a ready-to-use product, dosed in concentrated form using a dosing pump.
The recommended injection point for the reagent is the suction of the feed pump; amination or phosphating lines can also be used for dosing. SD 111 is compatible with many boiler water treatment chemicals. The optimization of the dosing regime is carried out by the technical specialists of our service centers.
