Coagulant OSM 801-3 is an anionic, high molecular weight polyacrylamide compound with a negative charge. Low dosages of the product destabilize finely dispersed sludge and promote the formation of macroparticles that are easily separated from the liquid.

Appropriate protective clothing and goggles must be worn when handling OSM 801-3. Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area.
The product is dosed in concentrated or diluted with softened water using a dosing pump in proportion to the amount of water to be treated. Dosing equipment should be made of corrosion-resistant plastic or stainless steel. Typical dosage is 5 – 50 g/m3 of water.
